Production Stages

Turkey is in the first place in the production of fresh and dried apricots in the world and has a great potential due to the quality of apricot varieties and the ecological advantages it has.

Harvest

Harvesting is done gradually, as all apricot fruits do not ripen on the tree at the same time. On the tree, first the fruits on the upper branches, then the fruits on the middle branches and finally the lower branches ripen. Harvesting is normally done in three times according to this ripening order.

Washing

We ensure that the soil, sand and foreign materials on the products are cleaned with the help of a brush.

Drying

In dried apricot production areas, these apricot crates are manually unloaded from the tractor and taken to the sulphuring room. With sulphurization, the distinctive golden yellow color of the apricot is preserved and its durability is increased.

Sifting

We ensure that the products are separated from small to large with the help of sieves.

Analysis

Sulfur dioxide and moisture analyzes are performed in 1 dried apricot and apricot kernels in our laboratory.

Packaging
